EVERY HOME HAS A STORY, HERE IS MINE... IN SOUTH AFRICA

I have played host to a loving family of four. It is with great regret that we are parting ways, oh how I am going to miss them! They really have been proud to call me home and have kept me in pristine condition. The kids have so enjoyed my level manicured garden, which includes a jungle gym, being a fully fenced property they are safe and secure. The parties here have been great! My huge covered patio has catered for small and huge groups with both lounges opening to the patio, family gatherings were all year round! I have often heard the owners boast about how cool I am in summer and how warm I am in winter. The hub of the home is certainly the spacious eat-in kitchen. Mom often has the kids doing homework at the table while she is cooking those hearty family meals. Although the fourth room is used as a study it easily lends itself to being the fourth bedroom. Did I mention the double garage and open-plan one bedroom cottage which brings in an income of R. The Wendy house stays too! Being security conscious the present owners have installed outside beams as well as armed response and belong to the local neighbourhood watch, where everyone watches out for each other!
