Our Elim vineyard is very close to the sea, on a peninsula where the cool maritime climate and bracing sea breezes have a profound influence on the wine’s flavour profile. A classic Sauvignon Blanc, this has notes of tropical fruit, flint and herbs, that creates a clean, round, full mouthfeel. It pairs well with rich seafood, like crayfish and oysters.
