The base can easily be adjusted to three positions and so can the legs to accommodate different heights of bed bases. Front safety rail is hinged and can be folded up or down and locked when wanting to use it as a cot/crib. The wheels with brakes locks for stability and the crib can also be wheeled around the house by mom for that "follow me" continuous attention during the day.
