Construction Manager Our Client in Rustenburg, North West, is looking for a Construction Manager for a contract period of 3 years. Salary: Dependant on total experience – Ranging anywhere from R 35,000.00 to R 40,000.00 nett JOB DESCRIPTION: · Rehabilitation to 32 x Silos – Underpinning, · Concrete Repairs, · Formwork, · New Concrete Works, · Self-Compacting Concrete, · Concrete Pumping Crew under Construction Manager: · 1 x Site Supervisor; 2 x Foreman; 1 x Safety Officer; · Shutterhands, Concrete Hands, · General Labour (approximately 25 in total) CLIENT PROVIDES: · 1 x S/C Bakkie with Fuel Card for company use to site; · 3G Card; Laptop if required; · Accommodation; R 2,000 food allowance monthly WORK EXPERIENCE: · Minimum 7 years experience in Project Management Capacity on large projects · Preferably in Concrete Rehabilitation · Having worked on Mines before (Preferable) · Strong on Mine Safety · Materials Procurement · Efficient with Rates and Bill of Quantities · MS Word, Excel, and MS Project proficiency · Strong on planning · Willing to work in Rustenburg permanent on this contract · Be somebody that is pro-active · Strong on Deadlines · Liaising with Mine Client · Dynamic · Loyalty to company · Honesty · Strong References HOW TO APPLY: Please send a detailed MS Word CV to andre@careeravenue.co.za for consideration.
