Job description: A construction foreman with experience in shopping centers required for a project to be based in the Ladysmith area, 1 year contract commencing in January Applicants must meet the following requirements: - Knowledge of steel structures - Knowledge of concrete shuttering - Knowledge of bases for steel columns - Ability to control and direct workforce in rural area - Ability to assess rates in B.O.Q and hire labour accordingly - Must be willing to train and teach unskilled labour from the community - Order material in accordance with the program and quantity required - Ability to work with strict deadlines - Must be fluent in English and Zulu - At least 3 professional references NB: Maximum 2 page C.V to be sent to
