CONCRETE PLANT OPERATOR IN SOUTH AFRICA

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES incl: · Batch concrete to the correct strength as per mix design and order. · Measure moisture content of the sand. · Complete raw material control sheet. · Work closely with Orders/Sales Department. · Communicate with clients. · Logistic Control. · Complete daily reports and enter information into computer. · Administration · Maintain Health + Safety standards EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE · Grade 12 (Matric) qualification and/or have relevant experience · Civil Engineering qualification advantageous · 2 years batching of concrete in a RMC plant environment. TECHNICAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES · Knowledge of concrete technology. · Computer Literacy · Communication · Quality orientation. · Ability to work under pressure Applicants must have reliable transport and be willing to work irregular and extended hours Will be required to work at heights e.g. measuring levels of cement in silo Salary: R p/m
