Role Responsibilities Your primary role will be to look after our cycling mad clients. They contact us via email, phone, LiveChat and WhatsApp. They want quotes, make changes to their policies or have a claim that you will sort out for them. For claims, we provide an end-to-end service where we facilitate the whole process from contacting the client to gathering information/evidence, reviewing and validating the evidence, quoting on the correct replacement/s, and then facilitating the replacement process. You will have to manage and deliver superior claims and customer experience to ensure claims are investigated and settled within the limits of the policy coverage. If you want to join the AU team in Stellenbosch, have knowledge of the cycling industry, technical bicycle knowledge, some insurance experience, or have completed tertiary studies, you may be the one we’re looking for.
