CHARCOAL VILENE IRON ON STABILIZER (INTERFACING) - IN SOUTH AFRICA

Vilene Iron On stabilizer is an interfacing. It's soft, non-woven, fusible interlining with stabilizing vertical threads; suitable for front and small parts of garments (specifically cotton) and creative work. Soft handle for light and delicate fabrics ideal for dressmaking and clothing. Fabrics Used On Vilene Iron On stabilizer is suitable for waistbands of medium on heavy-weight outer fabrics eg. cotton twills, denim, canvas etc. Medium to firm handle. Directions of Use Set iron to the wool/cotton setting and allow to heat. Place the Vilene Iron On stabilizer with the coated side on the wrong side of the fabric. Cover with a damp cloth and press each area with an iron for about 15 seconds, without pressing too hard. Allow the pieces to cool flat for about 30 minutes in order for the adhesive to set properly. Caution Don't iron with steam. Also, we strongly recommend that you attach a small piece to a fabric remnant with your iron first to make sure that the hold and the adhesion meet your expectations.
