All stock is sourced from the USA, and is designed for use in the USA. If the item is powered, a transformer will be needed if the item lists as 110V only. If the item lists as 110-220V - only a simple adapter is needed. If you are unsure please check with us/the manufacturer before placing your order. Once we have received order confirmation from BoB, the order will be executed accordingly. We will keep you updated during the process, and advise you each step of the way (Once the order has been confirmed, arrived at USA office, arrived at SA Customs, arrived at SA offices and dispatched to customer with tracking details). Pricing displayed includes all charges - ie: customs, vat etc, - you can rest assured that there will be no surprises or extra / costs to you. All our deliveries are done via door to door couriers only and we do not make use of post office services / deliveries at all. Seeing as all the orders are made on special request, orders can unfortunately not be cancelled/returned once the order has been placed and confirmed. This will mean that the product is already in transit from USA. Pls. take note of the warranty specified on the listing - which is normally carried by the manufacturer in the USA. If a warranty claim needs to be submitted, the item would need to be returned to the USA at your expense. The authorized SA distributor / dealer of these products are under no obligation to honour the manufacturer's warranties or to provide after sales service in SA.
