CASE MANAGER PSYCHIATRIC CLINIC IN SOUTH AFRICA

Duties (Included, but not limited to): Effective case management of admissions to 4 different units, ensuring authorizations fall within medical scheme requirements, days are updated & weekly reports Liaising with doctors and therapeutic units regarding patient treatment plans and discharges Assist with incoming admission queries Liaise with medical aids re. availability of funds EDI of accounts & medical aid queries Requirements: Extensive knowledge of medical aid schemes Knowledge of ICD10 coding, prescribed minimum benefits and psychiatric diagnoses Basic understanding of DSMIV criteria Fanatical attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills Computer literate: MS packages Assistance to accounts administrator with regards to billing when applicable Assistance to credit controller when applicable Assistance to receptionist when applicable Please email detailed CV, salary expectations:
