CAPE COLONY SOUTH AFRICAN INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION KIMBERLEY IN SOUTH AFRICA

South African International Exhibition Medallion,  Kimberley   The medallion was issued with the opening of the international exhibition in Kimberley on 8th September 1892. The exhibition was opened by Sir Henry Loch who was Governor of the Cape Colony. The medallion is 29 mm in diameter and is made from nickel. It has been holed and much of the detail is gone from wear. Please see photos. Shipping within South Africa: R50 for normal mail.
