CALL CENTRE MANAGER – Randburg – Marketing Service Provider. Call Centre personnel – 8 to 12 – but could reach approx. 25 operators depending on campaign/services offered to clients. Salary offer – R20K to R30K CTC Working hours – 8am to 5pm Minimum requirements: MS Excel experience essential Knowledge of Call Centre reporting software – preferably Panasonic NS System (Training will be provided on this system if necessary) Own transport
