By using the bokashi waste digester kit, you can quickly and hygienically recycle all of your food waste at home. 

Simply collect your offcuts (including fruit, vegetables, cooked or uncooked meat, bones, fish and dairy) and layer them with the bokashi bran inside the airtight recycling bin. Once full, leave to stand for two weeks and then add to your existing compost heap or bin, or trench it directly into your soil. Within two weeks you'll have nutrient rich compost for your garden.
