Pasta Marella's colourful rainbow pastas are made with dehydrated natural dyes from spinach, tomatoes, red beets, turmeric, and red pepper. Pasta produced at the Pastificio Marella are extruded through bronze dies, giving the pasta a rough texture to better hold sauce.
