There are 3 bedrooms (all with cupboards) and 2 bathrooms (1 of which is an en-suite with a mosaic tiled shower) The lounge is open plan to the kitchen and dining area There is an Earthfire Ceramic Fireplace in the lounge which does a great job at keeping the house warm in winter and two roof windows in the lounge let in Sunlight during the day. There is a connection for a dishwasher in the kitchen and a connection for a washing machine (on top of which a tumble dryer can be placed) in the en-suite bathroom. A big deck with mountain views overlooks the front garden. The garden has a self sustaining pond with a safety net. This house features beautiful and quaint finishes throughout, the rooms have high knotty pine ceilings with exposed beams, all internal doors are solid Oregon pine. Welcome Glen is an area that is surrounded by wildlife, including baboons who are guaranteed to be paying a visit, so tenants will need to be aware of baboon area protocols.
