Hi There unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our housemate and we would love to find someone cool to fill the sad void she has left behind. House is super chilled, we braai a lot, are music lovers, enjoy a game of cards or darts, love a good laugh. The place has a great living area and a fun outside are they may require you to water the plants once in a while. I work from home so am here most of the time. Its pet friendly too, although we currently do not have any pets. Awesome park a strol away, big wide roads for you if you are a runner. 1min away from the highway regardless of traffic. Rent of R5000 per month includes: 1. Maid twice a week who is phenomenal. 2. water and electricity 3. DSTV We try live communally as much as possible and all do our thing. Garage space is open for discussion.
