I have 5 years Logistic experience in the following, and also 14 years in the bank previous to this: Printing invoices on BMS & JDE Picking, packing and checking of stock Filing Answering of telephones Customer queries Checking that orders picked are all in order Ensuring all POD’s are received back from customers and signed, and investigate any discrepancies on invoices Ordering of stationery Staff overtime Assist in stock take Capture & updating of fuel management report Ensuring all invoices are printed correctly and balances with stock that will be dispatched. To ensure that deliveries to customers are made in turnaround time Investigating and finalising of all Goods Returned for Credit queries. Reconcile load for driver and create all applicable delivery notes and stickers. Investigating all short and over supplies and balance with stock in bin Welcoming and helping internal and external clients visiting the branch: Solving and investigating any problems arising in the smooth running of department Relieving for supervisor when absent, on leave or not at work area.
