The ornament separated by stylized images of four heads of "Feathered Serpent", also called Quetzalcoatl - one of the major deities of the Aztecs, Toltecs, and other Middle American peoples. At the bottom ¿ a semicircular inscription in Catalan language: "LA PIR?MIDE DE CHICH?N ITZ?. YUCAT?N. M?XIC" (Pyramid at Chichen Itza. Yucatan. Mexico). Reverse: In the centre ¿ a stylized image of the world globe with an inscription in Catalan language: "LES MERAVELLES DEL M?N" (Wonders of the World).
