Cover boards are worn to corners, bottom right front is eaten away! Whitening to extremities, spine faded. Binding is tight & strong, previous owners signature on front flyleaf, brown stain on book end has crept into a few pages, back flyleaf missing, a good reference copy or aa rebind.
