The ideal person would fit all of the above. The flat can fit a very standard small fridge. Standard washing machine and standard tumble drier. We do have a domestic that we can ask to clean your flat once a week which you would have to pay R150 per week for. Electricity is on a pre-paid meter. Water is included in the price.
