9ct Gold and Shell Cameo Brooch   The vintage 9ct yellow gold cameo brooch (has loop to wear as a pendant but lacks bail) is in the form of an oval. The carved shell cameo is in a rub-over setting with a twist surround. The cameo is a very fine carving of a pretty, young lady looking left. The brooch is marked 9ct.
