There are 2 rooms available in a beautiful furnished house at 14 Spioenkop Street. The house has six bedrooms but 4 have already been taken by NSFAS students. The house is about 15 minutes walk from the North-West University, Potchefstroom. The house has a TV with DSTV connection, a fridge, a bed in each room and kitchen utensils. There are two toilets, a bath room and a shower room. The rental includes water and electricity. I am the owner of the property and want to rent it only to mature students that will adhere to house rules and not be a nuisance to neighbours and co-tenants.
