1896 ZAR 2 SHILLINGS *BEAUTIFULLY ENAMELLED IN STRIKING IN SOUTH AFRICA

Please take a look at the following photos which I feel represent as much as possible an accurate guide for you to make your assessment regarding grade and appearance of the coin or coins. Beautiful, colourful and highly detailed enamelled 1896 ZAR 2 Shillings. The coin itself is also an extremely high grade example given the level of detail still visible,the enamelling and coin is protected by  what appears to be a plastic/perspex protective layer. The golden yellow colour of Krugers bust and reverse legends appear to be gold-plating, although I cannot confirm that with any certainty.       I shall be listing a few new coins every single day all starting at just R1 with absolutely no reserve and all ending on consecutive Sundays.
