Steenbergs Cove is a little cozy fishermans Village situated in St Helenabay, about 90 minutes north of Cape town.The people in this area is friendly and welcoming.The plot is 1 row from the beach, with seaview as well.There is no building time period to force you to build within a certain time.The plot is also centrally located, walking distance to the closest shop.St Helena Bay Hotel is also close to this property and offcourse the beach, where you can enjoy swimming, paddling, fishing and diving.There is a lovely church, a school and mini supermarket all within walking distance from this lovely sea view stand.A cute little playpark on the watersedge for the children to keep themselves entertained as well.The area was used as part of a film, Soutmansland, a couple of years ago, so there is quite some history here aswell.There is also speculation of a waterfront in the pipeline from which the plans already has been approved.St Helena Bay is about 90 minutes north of Cape town, and Steenbergs cove is one of the oldest parts of this town with plenty of character and beautiful views surrounded it.
