We are committed to provide you with a competent and professional domestic worker. · We place domestic workers who match the skills, knowledge and values you deserve. · All our domestic workers are reference checked; pre-assessed; provided with basic training and a certificate of completion of: work ethics; personal skills; cleaning principles; laundry; ironing; house management skills; child, elderly & pet care; emergency & security procedures. · Further advanced training which includes cooking and baking is available on request. When you have selected a candidate, we will offer you a standard contract which falls within the parameters of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, with clear outlines of all duties and obligations for both parties. However, you may amend it to meet your specific needs. Our 3 months warranty includes courtesy calls once a month for the first 3 months, terms and conditions are outlined in the contract. Should the employee not prove satisfactory then we will be pleased to provide a replacement at no further charge during the warranty period of 90 days from date hereof.
