TRAINING OFFICER / FACILITATOR WANTED IN SOUTH AFRICA

JOB SUMMARY STATEMENT: Plan, develop, deliver and assess Training and Development programs to ensure employees acquire the skills and develop the competencies required to meet the Training and Business objectives of the SiteACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:· 2-3 years Site experience in a Mechanical and Electrical environment · Qualification in Trade · Qualification as Facilitator / Trainer · Degree/Diploma, Certificate or Higher Certificate in ETD · Competent and certified assessor and moderator an added advantage· Facilitation/ Training skills accreditation or qualification EXPERIENCE: · 3-5 years Training experience· A minimum of five experience on site/job (Other jobs that prepared you for this job)· Knowledge and understanding of welding skills training requirements (off and onsite) · Knowledge of the Skills Development Act (NQF, SAQA, SETA, QCTO)LDC Contract - 6 Months - 1 YearSalary NegotiableEMAIL CVs to
