Some sales and/or customer service experience is essential. People Management experience is desirable; this can come in many forms such as captain of a team / leading a group. Good communication, negotiation and decision making abilities are also of essence, as is good customer service and administration skills. Flexibility and 'going that extra mile' rewards itself financially and with promotion in recognition of hard work. Ability to work under pressure and to set targets/goals is essential.
