It can forward and filter packets at full wirespeed for maximum throughput. Each port can be used as general ports or uplink ports and its easy to plug and play connection. Auto MDI/MDIX crossover on all ports helps to figure out if the link needs a straightthrough or crossover connection automatically. Besides, these ports detect the network speed and autonegotiate between 10BASET and 100BASETX to provide maximum speed possible for each device connected to your network.
