Timeshare Holiday Club Membership for sale (updated 28/5/2019) - 25 points per year - Projected 2020 annual fees are R11,254.01 (payable monthly in advance) - Annual fees/levies increase between 10-15% pa (in 2019 it was less than 10%)   Current points available to transfer in this auction = 25 points (have to be used by Sep 2019).   We intend to sell the whole Holiday Club contract to you. It is an Infinity contract (with no expiry date), but any points transferred to you, or subsequently bought by you, must be used within 3 years (of purchase by me/you).. We will share equally any transfer expenses (required by Holiday Club) to transfer ownership into your name. This will be done via their Transfer department, and the total cost is currently R1816 (to share this). If you are a new member, your additional Iexchange cost is R1699 (to share this).
