TEST ANALYST IN SOUTH AFRICA

y client based in Bellville is currently looking for Test Analyst to join them on a 6 month contract basis Rates NEG / To start ASAP GENERICKey Responsibilities· Receive functional specifications for software developments and analyze test requirements· Identify test scenarios and design, document and maintain test cases.· Execute test cases in order to identify, record and track defects· Collaborate with Business Analysts and Systems Developers in resolving defects· Conduct user acceptance tests and provide product support to users· Create Test Plans detailing the test approach for testing projects.· Maintain regression test pack.· Mentor junior test team member Minimum Requirements· Matric/Grade 12· At least 2 years’ experience as a Test Analyst.· An appropriate Testing Tertiary qualification is strongly recommended Behavioural Competencies:· Results Driven· Accuracy· Analytical thinking· Quality of decisions· Customer service· Communication skills· Conceptual thinking· Pre-activity and Initiative· Ability to work independently· Interpersonal Relationships· Planning and organising· Innovative thinker with good problem-solving skill· Flexible (able to adapt to change) If you meet these requirements and would like to apply, please submit your cv and a recruiter will be in contact should you be shortlisted
