STUNNING ROSENTHAL PLATE IN SOUTH AFRICA

A really stunning porcelain plate from Rosenthal, one of Germany's top porcelain houses. This is a very rare plate here in South Africa, while doing my research on it, I could not find a match for it anywhere in South Africa on the web. I did manage to find one in Europe. The plate is from the Pompadour collection and the name on the back is Konigsberg. A posy of beautiful flowers decorate the center of the plate with a gold pattern surrounding it. Then a wreath of flowers with a red white and pattern around it. The edge of the plate was gilded by a heavy hand, it is quite thick. The gilding is starting to show some wear here and there. The plate is in very good condition, no chips, cracks or crazing. Ask about postage and courier.
