The methylation cycle in cells is responsible for converting homocysteine to methionine. High levels of homocysteine is associated with increased risk of neurological and heart disease. Product Composition Each capsule contains the following as active ingredients: Vitamin B2 (riboflavin-5-phospate) 20 mg Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 100 mg Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin form) 100 µg Folate (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate calcium) 500 µg Inositol 250 mg Zinc (zinc amino acid chelate) 20 mg   Inactive ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose) vegetarian capsule shell (gelatin free), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium silicate and magnesium stearate (vegetarian - flow agent). Contains plant extracts with no colourants added. Therefore batch-to-batch slight natural colour variation may occur. Storage Instructions Store in a cool dry place, below 25°C.
