SITE SUPERVISOR IN SOUTH AFRICA

Due to the business expansion we require two experienced Site Supervisors. The one Site Supervisor with Plumbing qualifications, trade licenses and experience. The other Site Supervisor with Electrical qualifications, trade licenses and experience. Both Supervisors to start as soon as possible. The positions are in Centurion. Responsibilities · Attention to detail and exceeding client expectations with every project and on every site. · Ensure accuracy of work orders prior to leaving to the sites. · Make sure that time efficiency is taken into account. · On the job training must be provided to team members. · Quality of work is of essence. · Brief team about how daily tasks need to be carried out. · Create and manage a high performing and motivated team. · Complete Timesheets, Job cards and Daily reports accurately and efficiently. · Ensure all materials, supplies, tools and equipment is available before each site starts. · Make sure work sites are cleaned and cleared of any materials prior to signing off a site. Requirements Must have 2-3 minimum experience in their trade. Must have the relevant qualifications and trade licenses. Must have a Valid Driver’s license Benefits and Remuneration · Salary negotiable depending experience and qualifications: R9-11K Per month. · Company car to and from sites. · Company cell phone for business use only.
