Requirements: Grade 12 Security Grade A or higher Knowledge of Labour legislation and experience in industrial relations Safety and Security Management qualification Computer Literate Strong Management ability with experience in a management position Responsibilities: Planning and Managing the security department Investigate incidents Prosecute at Disciplinary Inquiries Participate in risk assessments and writing of Safe operating procedures Participate in management of weekend working Accurate gathering of information to do proper planning and reporting Contributing to a healthy and safe environment Identifying potential risks Salary: Negotiable on experience and qualification.
