SALES MANAGER IN SOUTH AFRICA

SALES MANAGER A high-en International cosmetic company is currently recruiting candidates to join their dynamic SALES team in the Cape Town area. Description: This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity based in Century City, to join a top quality global manufacturer/brand owner of skin care products, with an established presence in health & beauty. The focus of this role is to implement our new sales system, in order to launch a new line of innovative and revolutionary products. In this role, you will be responsible to master the new system, work with the system to maximize personal sales in our store, suggest improvements, and optionally later on, instruct other salespersons on using the system to achieve similar results. Key responsibilities: • Study the new line of products and quickly become an expert on them • Thoroughly study the new sales system and its components • Quickly master the art of selling the line, using the system • Maximize sales • Optionally later on, train other salespersons to achieve similar results   Job requirements • Truly sales professional who can successfully implement a sales   system. • A Bachelor's degree minimum • Proven successful experience in systematic sales achievements - at least 5 yrs. A proven track record of achieving superior sales results • Energetic and results driven/orientated • Self-starter with tenacity and the ability to work as part of a team • Experience in the cosmetics/skin care business is a plus • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail • High levels of personal integrity • The ability to quickly resolve problems • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent English skills both written and spoken • Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, Power-Point and Outlook • Comfortable working within a global team   Good secured monthly salary plus incentive/bonus/commission.
