Sales Management Trainee – Nelspruit R500 000 CTC The successful candidate will: To implement a market driven differentiated service that builds sustainable competitiveness within clearly identified channels and delivers sustainable growth in brand equity, sales volume, market share, competitive advantage and corporate reputation. Duties: · Achieve pre-determined sales/brands and market share targets · Influence retail pricing within segments · Maintain stock levels within segments · Develop self towards management opportunity · Develop sound business relationships · Conduct regular account reviews · Handle Customer and Consumer queries · Manage product quality in relation to quality standards · Determine functional planning objectives · Develop sound customer relationships · Rotate across Channel Marketing, Category Management and Sales Activation units Qualifications / Experience · Minimum relevant 3-year tertiary qualification in Marketing or Sales · At least 3-5 years relevant working experience · Advanced MS Suite skills Valid driver’s licence Own vehicle If you are interested or would like more information, please email shanelle@rapidrecruiting.co.za or call 0833 071 825.
