We have 2 rooms available for rent in our medical centre in Norwood. This would be ideally suited for a Dentist or other medical practitioner like a Counselor, Psychiatrist, Chiropractor, Dietitian, Nutritionist, Occupational Therapist, etc. The tenant that is moving out does colonic hydrotherapy, massages and ozone. Ideally I would like to rent out both rooms to 1 practitioner as they are next to each other with a separate toilet and storage cupboard, although I will consider renting the rooms out separately.
