There is a big kitchen, wash room, dining room and living room to share. You will have full use of the appliances, crockery, cutlery and all cooking utensils. Cupboard space will be provided for your appliances, groceries and cutlery. Rent: R4000 (2 people R4500) Suitable for a couple.(Arrangements can be made for deposit of R4000 to be paid over a few months.) This includes water and lights, and cleaning once a week. Ironing is optional. Must love animals!! There is an energetic, fun seeking very friendly German Shepard on the Premises. Pets are allowed but should be arranged with us first.
