They are looking for AMAZING candidates to join their team.   REQUIREMENTS: Experience in sales administration and inventory maintenance Experience in Sales training Discipline and organization skills Spirit of initiative Resistance to stress Dynamic personality Confidentiality Attention to detail Time management Excellent communication skills Must be fluent in English, other languages are an added bonus Microsoft Office experience is ideal   Job Description – Key Responsibilities and main tasks:  Preparation and data entry for editing lists of sales figures Diverse correspondence and general administration Inventories: regular verification and participation (hazard counts and other counts) Purchasing: control and monitoring Verification of current orders (orders, deliveries, sales, bestseller) Monitoring of sales of all stock items (Stock movement of sold out product to correct location) Disposition in all retail business in case of absence Editing and adaption of all sales statistics and stock of all stores Organisation of travel arrangements (travel, tours, reservations, invitations, etc.) Information and communication in the stores Orders, monitoring, storage, control of material (paper, blocks, receipts, paper bags, etc.) for all the stores included retail activities Preparation of orders for special events Assistance with new store opening/closing (Alarm, telephone, fire etc.) Accurate management of stock, orders, reports, display material and communications to corporate retail environments   APPLY WITH YOUR MOVE PERSONNEL - TODAY!
