Jimmy the Fish Restaurant in Stellenbosch is looking for an experienced Front of House Manager. The ideal candidate will have the following: Own reliable transport minimum of 2 - 3 years management experience a trustworthy and honest personality Willingness to work shifts - this includes evenings and weekends Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following: Bar orders Managing of up to 13 waiters, 2 barman and 2 runners per shift - ensuring everyone does what they are suppose to Cashups and cash handeling Normal daily admin work ensuring all guests are happy during service times Please e-mail CV and cover letter to .
