RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR IN SOUTH AFRICA
We are urgently recruiting a Receptionist/Office Administrator for one of our clients in Durban North who’s able to manage a busy PBX and reception desk within a corporate organisation. The ideal candidate needs to possess an out-going and strong personality, an outstanding telephone manner and must have an aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail. The person needs to be a quick learner and must be able to work with little supervision. REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 certificate Fully computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Outlook Pastel Evolution Accounting experience a prerequisite Pastel Evolution Invoicing, Delivery Notes, Credit Notes, Statements, Quotations, Stock capturing onto Pastel Evolution, Purchase Orders, etc. Basic bookkeeping experience would be advantageous, but not a prerequisite Meticulous record-keeping skills, maintenance of Asset and Equipment Registers Data-capturing with 100% accuracy Job costing Counter sales General filing Debtors/Creditors experience Fluent in English and Afrikaans and must be a good communicator A responsible person who takes pride in her work The ability to work under pressure and to meet operational and reporting deadlines A problem solver A team player who is driven by success No criminal record Non-smoker Reside in Durban North or surrounds or willing to travel to get to work Salary offered R Respond to this ad with your CV
