Receptionist – KZN: Port Shepstone Salary: R Per Month Minimum Requirements: • MS Office; Internet; Email experience etc. essential · Matric non negotiable · Minimum 1 year switchboard experience. • Reliable transport to and from work. • Professional telephone manner. • Ability to empathize with clients. • Previous experience in a similar role or call/contact centre environment. Duties: • To manage all incoming calls in a professional telephonic manner. · General administrative duties. • Housekeeping. • Liaise with clients telephonically in a sensitive and efficient manner. • Have all the Branches contact numbers handy for when clients ask for them. • Monitor all transferred calls so that clients are not kept on hold for too long. • Reporting all calls that frequently come back from the extensions so they can be dealt with immediately. • Filing and imaging of all POD’s including client own documentation and account copies. • Capture COD’s on web-cod.
