Ensuring clients receive VIP treatment Liaising with other receptionist Liaising with the PAs and executive directors Assisting in the co-ordination and preparation of meeting rooms Booking couriers Administration Ad hoc duties Booking catering facilities - organising lunches and liaising with catering team.
