Job description We are looking for an energetic, analytical, and immediately available individual who wants to join a reputable company as a Receptionist. Responsibilities include: Operating the switchboard and telephones correctly. (Recording and directing all incoming calls accurately and correctly) Taking detailed messages and distributing to relevant staff members Be informed of staff members movements Welcoming guests to the premises and informing staff accordingly Maintain the filing in office and the storage area Administrating the disposal of non-required documents (shredding) Sales administration, which includes logging enquiries, maintain databases and submission of tenders. Preparation of group meeting, which includes and not limited to Scheduling the times and sending meeting requests Preparing agenda’s, minutes and obtaining related reports The capturing, storing and distribution of the minutes and various reports Responsible for all the administrative requirements of the group. Conducting the relevant research as and when required. Administrating the Human Resource documents, that relates to organograms, KPA’s, S&P’s and Policies of the group. Requirements Grade 12 and relevant diploma – essential Three+ years' receptionist experience Experience with operating switchboards and Microsoft office Driver’s license - beneficial Candidates must comply fully with all requirements to be considered, and this is a none-negotiable.
