Close your eyes and breathe deeply - in and out for three counts - and take three deep breathes !   Do not cross your legs, rather place your feet squarely on the ground. Hold this beautiful  Turquoise Howlite in your hand.  Use the hand that is most dominant, i.e a right handed person should hold in their right hand.
