Had this lens checked out by a leading  camera shop in south africa which gave it a clean bill of health. This lens was originally used with a Leica M3 single stroke Rangefinder camera. I'm not to sure why this combination of lens components was put together but it works fine and focuses to infinity on my Fujifilm Xpro-1 when used with a Leica M-mount adapter. To focus on a Leica body you will need to focus using the EVF as the Elmarit 90mm helicoil will not be calibrated to the 135mm lens head.
