Pricing displayed includes all customs charges (VAT/DUTIES/PORT HEALTH etc), insurance and international shipping - there are no surprises or any extra costs when the item arrives in the country. We use a door to door courier for all our deliveries and do not use the Post Office. As all orders are placed as a special request, orders cannot be cancelled/returned once the order has been placed and confirmed. All items come with the standard warranty issued by the manufacturer in the USA. If a warranty claim needs to be submitted, the item would need to be returned to the USA.
