The selected candidate would possess the following competencies and attributes: Previous Food and Beverage experience in a hospital or medi-clinic is vital.  Ability to manage a team of ward hostesses. Ability to work under pressure. Ensuring that health and safety standards are strictly adhered to. Ensuring that yourself and your team are always presentable. Ensuring that patients receive the correct meals at the correct times. Ensuring that dietary requirements are strictly adhered to. Ensuring that high service standards are maintained at all times. A pleasant and friendly demeanour as you will be interacting with patients on a daily basis.
