This particular variety is listed on Chamba State, early issue of 1887-1895, known to exist on some values only, (all the Convention States stamps were overprinted by the same company) thus making it very rare. It increases the value of each particular stamp from x1000 and more. This particular stamp is listed in 2018 Stanley Gibbons "IN  NORMAL CONDITION" for =R5000.00, mm, Thus I do believe that my asking price for this gem is a very big bargain, as this is a unique British Empire classic in very good condition copy.
