This is a responsible position requiring strong sales and commercial interest and experience. Skills required include the ability to: seek out and identify opportunities, conceptualise the build process and accurately estimate costs, negotiate and close out favourable deals. Good interpersonal and communication skills are paramount. The role will primarily involve pricing contracts, overseeing the purchase of materials, payments to subcontracting labour, managing accounts and final claims, post-contract analysis plus all commercial and legal aspects. This individual concludes his/her own budget and is incentivized according to results achieved.
